Ruth M Shore

Ruth M. Shore, age 88, passed away peacefully at her home in Tomahawk on Sunday, June 28, 2015 under the care of Ministry Hospice. Ruth was born on May 15, 1927 in the town of Wilson to William & Matie Collette. She married Raymond Shore on April 20, 1945; together they had 7 children. He preceded her in death in 1983. Ruth worked at LaNou's and several other restaurants and resorts in the Tomahawk area. She had served on the Town of Wilson election board for many years. Ruth is survived by 5 Children: William Shore of Tomahawk Roger (Brenda) Shore of Tomahawk James (Laura) Shore of Medford Lucinda (Harry) Short of Tomahawk Diana (Robert) Shore of Tomahawk Ruth is further survived by 21 grandchildren, 49 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandson. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Ray; daughter, Sharen Snyder; son, Richard; grandson, David Collins; 4 Sisters and 1 Brother. The Funeral Service for Ruth Shore will take place at 1:00PM on Thursday, July 2, 2015 at the Krueger Family Funeral Home. Pastor Larry Mathein will officiate. Visitation will take place on Thursday from 10:00AM until the time of service at 1:00PM. Burial will take place in Greenwood Cemetery.
